- Check if the Stop Button is unlocked
- Check if Pepper is charged
- Check if the problem is not caused by a faulty network connection by checking the other robots
- Reprogram Pepper:
Turn Pepper OFF using the Chest Button.
Once Pepper is OFF, press the Chest Button until the Status LEDs turn blue then release.
If the problem persists:
- Turn Pepper off using the Chest Button
- Press the Stop Button to completely turn the battery OFF
- Get the Serial Number
